1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Techlt services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Techlt provides technology consulting, software development, digital marketing, and related professional services. Our services are provided as agreed upon in individual contracts or statements of work.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD & EUR unless otherwise specified
• Refund policy applies as stated in our separate refund policy
• Taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Techlt retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge developed during projects.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techlt liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.
